The room was huge and clean, but the food was mediocre at best.

Spent two nights in the spacious Villa at Hacienda San Miguel Yucatan. The historic architecture captivated me right away. The atmosphere felt like stepping back in time, surrounded by lush landscaping and century-old trees. The large room had lovely windows with mosquito nets, making it comfortable and relaxing. The swimming pool with a slate bottom was inviting, and I appreciated the paths around the hacienda for walks. The staff always greeted me with a smile, adding to the serene experience. However, the dining options were lacking. The food didn’t meet my expectations and was rather mediocre. Also, some maintenance is urgently needed. I noticed certain areas felt rundown, and it was disappointing. Great potential exists for this place to shine even brighter.

The grounds were beautifully maintained, with a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxing. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond, such as surprising us with thoughtful birthday decorations. However, there could be improvements in the dining options, as the food was merely average.

I woudl ve been pleased if my ‘Standard King Room’ didn’t smell like a petting zoo and was, oh, bug-free. Also, I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but guess that’s just not their style. You have to like being alone in the dark, quaint little village, but it’s not a five-star experience at all.

The villa was impressively spacious with stunning historical architecture! The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to assist. Loved the beautiful pathways for walks around the hacienda!

The remote location could some improved dining options at night.

It was just a good match for a weekend jaunt in Uayma with the best value for money ratio. Enjoyed the comfortable chairs on the front porch while soaking in the peaceful ambiance. Make sure to explore the grounds for a relaxing stroll.

Hacienda San Miguel Yucatan exceeded my expectations! The historic architecture captivated me, the spacious room was immaculate, and the breakfast was simply delightful. The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect retreat!

Our family had such a lovely time at this hidden gem! The serene setting was perfect for our group, especially with the spacious villa that allowed everyone to relax. We also enjoyed our time playing billiards together. Truly a unique experience!

My kids wished there were more activities for them to explore.
